Time really FLY! i wont be online for quite a long time. Will be out of office for deployment for about a month! so i guess my blog will be updated weekly then... well well went for my 2nd class yesterday~ all i've learnt yesterday was about the labour pains we're going to have and how to lessen the pain when contractions comes and also the ways of pain relief when in labour. all mother will sure to have labour pains when baby is coming out! and usually the back will hurt alot alot. the alot is not like normal pain ok! its VERY VERY VERY VERY PAIN! that makes you feel like biting or pinching your husbands. Its really unbearable. so when contractions come, all we need to do is to take a DEEP Breath and when breathing out Blow Blow Blow through ur mouth. do that whenever contractions come. 2nd type of breathing is Take a DEEP breath and when breathing out SIGH out loud. 3rd type of breathing is Take a DEEP breath and when breathing out Pant Pant Blow. you have to relax and not to let the pain control your mind. 4th pain relief will be the laughing gas which i guess we all know already. 5th Epidural which u guys also should know. The most EFFECTIVE pain relief but also the most side effects. & they inject through your back and into your spine that numbs the pain totally ! and thats all for my 2nd lessons. ^^ i'm gonna miss my computer!
