I'm back!
to be exact on the 2nd actually... didn't have time to blog ytd as i was busy with work! 1st Day (31st may) Woke up early in the morning and down to ICA to get mummy and daddy's passport done. took us 2 hrs to wait for it to be done! after that mrt-ed down to habourfront to get our boarding pass to the ferry. up the ferry and i was a little anxious as i'm pregnant and afraid that i would vomit once the ferry moves! LOL. reached waterfront city after 1.5hr of ferry ride. Indonesia time was an hour late so when we reached batam it was 1pm batam time... i was sleeping all the way but i could feel the ship moving right to left, up and down... haha up the shuttle bus that will send us to the Harris resort and then we checked in. put our bags rest a little while and went to nagoya hill shopping centre. heard that batam has only this one big shopping centre. thought there will be many things to buy but when i reached there. its like our chinatown type of shopping centre. some shops are open some are closed. worse still their clothes are brand-less and can sell at S$50 somemore! LOL. jus did some window shopping and guess what the baby clothes are on sale 70% OFF and the quality is also good! itchy itchy hand i went to buy 6 sets of cute little clothes for my baby girl and a pair of shoe and its cost me less then S$10 per set! LOL. after which had dinner and went back to the resort to rest. 2nd day(1st June) Woke up early for breakfast at the cafe. not much variety though eat and eat and eat. after that went back to our room to rest. rested for an hour and went to swim after that! swam for about 2 hrs, mum and dad went for the Indonesian massage while me and sis resting in the room... after mum and dad had their massage, mum called our room and asked if we wanted to soak in the jacuzzi! went to meet mum at the jacuzzi and soak for 15 mins... i couldn't soak long as baby will make noise too hot... after which went to play bowling and played pool till dinner time... had dinner at the resort's korean restaurant. their food is nice, and has a big portion... price wise is about the same but 2 or 3 dollars lesser! >.< after dinner stayed at our room to watch tv all the way till we're tired and went to sleep. 3rd Day(2nd June) as usual went for breakfast, went back to the room to pack our bags and at 12pm we checked out. had to wait for an hour plus as our ferry is at 2pm and the shuttle will only come at 1.15pm slacked at their guest area... times up we boarded the shuttle bus , went to the waterfront city ferry terminal and up the ferry. as usual anxious feeling.. lol reached harbourfront at SG time 4.30pm. took our time to eat and walked slowly as i have to go to sch for my test. t.t poor me reach sg only have to go to sch. lol but no choice ah. if i never take my test, my exams results will be affected too... so yupp... after sch home sweet home finally... ^^ |
