i don't know what happen to me. suddenly felt so emo. am i really ugly? am i very fat? baby want me to slim down. i'm trying but i don't know why i cant. eating half meals everyday sharing food with my mum for breakfast and lunch. dinner i ate more veggies and less carbo. go cycling almost every sundays. go for short walks almost every night after work with snowy. i have been doing these for the pass 1 mth. but i don't see any results. nt even 0.1kg lost. sians CNY is round the corner and i have nt reached my target weight and size. sobx! heard stories of ppl who force themselves to vomit, starve themself jus to be slim. but i don't wanna do that. it hurt my body. i rather do more excerise and eat less. its so stupid for people to starve themselves or force themselves to vomit. so ER XIN CAN!!! EERRRR~ so i shall try. i've got 1 mth and 10 days more. will do more excerise and eat even lesser now! i miss baby so much! i miss darlingss... i miss sweetheart... i miss everybody... |
